Hey You! - CNBLUE new MV is out!
I was chatting with my friend while waiting for hour hand of the clock to hit 7 but got carried away by our conversation about going to Korea.. the every dream of all Kpop fans young, and old. Good thing Shaui sent me a message, I think I'll get demerits for this again because I responded to her text message differently, and blabbered about the fictional band "Eye Candy" from the recently concluded good drama Shut up Flower Boy Band.
The CNBLUE fans now can breathe scream their our hearts out for this marked the comeback of our CNBLUE! Hey you! I love the music video! Now I right away imagined being in CNBLUE concert dancing while shouting "Hey you!", "Dududududu", "No no no... Tell me Why!".

Shut Up Flower Boy Band - Episode 13.
I'm gonna crrrraaaayyyy.... I feel you Ji-hyuk! wwaaaahhhhhh!!! sniff sniff!! This drama is really great! Enough for me to laugh, it let me remind my high school days -- the bittersweet experience.. Enough to make you swoon.. and enough for you to get a tissue because tears will indeed flow.
Shut up Flower Boy Band - I'm hooked!
Judging from the title, I would never touch this drama, until girlfriday of dramabeans said so. I remember coming across that drama while I am enjoying Flower Boy Ramyum Shop, again a drama that I would not consider because of the title. I got a feeling that I've got enough of flower boys, well until javabeans said so. I took her advice and just like her, I was hooked!
The drama offered something raw to most drama cliché. An early kissing scene, the holding of hands that is more meaningful than kiss...swoon! I right away longed for one and grabbed Yong my panda bear plush toy for embrace.

Shut up Flower Boy Band reminded me of my high school days which is centuries ago. The silly me. I must admit that I once had a dream fantasy of marrying Basti Artadi of Wolfgang (a Filipino band) and would not mind death threats from my fellow fans that have the same fantasy as mine! haha! I suddenly missed my best friend.
It totally had me when Ji-hyuk said, "Don't look for it, I'll sing it for you.." aaaaawwwww. The OST rocks! Now every drama that will put "flower boy" I will definitely not judge it. And I have to say that I am now a fan of L (Kim Myungsoo) of Infinite!

Hey You! - Jong Yong Hwa, 4th Teaser
Well, well, well, Hey you! sings Yong! I love all teasers and by the way, some Kpop artists should can learn from CNBLUE! I like the dark bluish theme (dunno what is the term to use, I'm not a film major) in which we cannot see almost faces, the guitar stand out giving more emphasis to music I supposed rather than their pretty faces! Wants to see still their faces though. Nonetheless its pretty slick. Can't wait for the album!

Fashion King - Episode 1 and 2!
Fashion King aired last March 19. I didn't see a glimpse of it. I will watch this drama because of Yoo Ah In. Its already up in dramacrazy. Episode 1 complete with subs while Episode 2 is still raw. If you care about recaps, there's one in dramabeans for episode 1.

My Dubai Stint - An Answered Prayer!

It is my fourth year in UAE! I was scheduled for 2, well that's what I said to myself. Enough to let me fund my sister's tuition. I remember jogging around Zabeel Park and thinking of when will I come home. My initial reason for coming to the desert land is just to earn more money. The fact that our church has a mission work here, is an icing to the cake. Never did I imagine that God will let use of me.
Nerie has been bugging me to come to Dubai since 2003 or 2004. I remember sending my CV to one of the boss here at our company. I never got a reply and it seems to be that it was not read. I was not really keen of coming to a foreign land to work for the reasons of a) I'm afraid of the language. The thought of speaking English every now and then would probably end up into a nose bleed. b) A nationalistic pride. I want my skills to be used in my country. c) I don't have money to spend. The horror stories of most OFWs about selling everything that they have, getting loans (our family was once asked to loan our relatives for placement fees) and being conned to name a few are enough reasons for me to be afraid. I don't have savings for my money all goes to my family and my almost every weekend out of town with my teammates during summer or simply, I don't manage my money well.
Late 2007 when Nerie offered us (me and Tin) to go to Dubai. That year I thought I'm gonna get a promotion since I am being backed up by my supervisor. It was sad though that I didn't get it so I considered the Dubai offer (to appease myself). This time she said all I need is to fix my papers. No placement fees! Tin went first and I was supposed to come next after she gets a job. My hopes went dim when after 3 months she still not able to find a job and that she threatened to simply go back to Philippines. Well will that thought how can I possible be next to go if she goes home and how can I possible find a job if she get herself?
That time, I prayed to God. I actually had a devotion and it says there that we are to submit to God's will. Its not easy to say "Lord, Thy will be done.", because sometimes we do not want what God wants for us. Initially we are focused on getting what we want and if God gave otherwise, we become sad and others to some extent, hate God. I remember weeping in my prayers while saying "Thy will be done" because I know that there's a possibility that He did not want me to go to Dubai which at that point, I really want it bad. After that, I blown my nose and slept with peace in my heart. After 45 minutes or so, I got an overseas call, and Neri said that Tin got a job and submit my resignation! To some it may say magic or luck but for me its an answered Prayer!
I've been so blessed here, I gained new friends, joined and served to a new church, provided more to my family and get to do things in my bucket list. Now its easier for me to say "Thy will be done" for I know God have a better best plan for me!

My thoughts of the song, its refreshing and I agree with my friend that it is something that you can listen early in the morning. I should say that you can listen to it with your siesta (afternoon nap) because its soothing and relaxing. It will be a perfect song while you chill in hammock a beach. Ohhh... Its finally here! I love this day! The Moon/Sun finale, got our domain, the tasty beef burger of Dome, the iced coffee with whipped cream, less traffic going to church for choir practice and "Still in Love" MV (wait that's the MV already?).

Just yesterday, I posted what could be the possible mini-album title of CNBLUE and that they will release a video over the band's official youtube channel on 16th of March. Now news are saying that "I'm Still Loving You" (I didn't falter Yonghwa) is CNBLUE's new song that Yonghwa composed.
Now the Winter Tour 2011 Here, In My Head DVD is now released! Its too expensive and will cost me around 224 AED so that is more of less $60!

Before I made this post, I searched the web of a possibility that the last two episodes (19 & 20) will not be aired tonight as what happened last week. Good news! There is NONE! So the Moon/Sun episode 19 and finale will be aired this week! I'll probably likely will see it raw, no subs, just hot from the Korean TV screen! I just would like this drama to end for me to be over and done with it. There are simply a lot of new dramas facing off! Roof Top Prince, Fashion King, The King 2 Hearts, and of course Love Rain. Micky Yoochun, Yoo Ah In, Lee Seung Gi, and Jang Geun Suk! Isn't this too much? Which one will you watch?

EAR FUN - Likely to be CNBLUE's Third Mini Album Title - Errrr NOOOO!
My post about how ingenious CNBLUE is in letting their fans guess the title of their third mini album is getting down the drain. It is still a great good idea to me letting the fans involved and that will just cause every fan to anticipate their third mini album and their comeback to Korea. I hope they'll get a vacay before coming back. Jong Hyun can really use a good tan from the sun as he is looking so pale like a vampire. Yes I am talking about how about seeing them in a beach, sipping coconut juice and shirtless! I'm drooling with just the thought of it.
What a relief! Yong Hwa will not star "I do, I do".
Haters, trolls and fans alike can now breathe, Yong Hwa will not play opposite Kim Sun-ah (of My Name Is Kim Sam Soon) on her new drama I do, I do contrary to early news rumor . Thank goodness! Don't get me wrong, I love Yong, but I think dramas are not for him or at least not yet. In as much as I want to see him more, I don't want people hating him and trolling at him just like what I am doing now and some kdrama patrons in seoulbeats and dramabeans and reactions to Yong's acting career are pretty unanimous. Although part of me (as being a fan) would want oppa Yong to redeem himself one day...acting wise. He is so adorable in We Got Married and so witty and into the game in Running Man, even his MCing stints were good, but acting its rather dry. Was it just the character given to him or what? Maybe because we all see him as a playful (choding dunno about this word but I always see this in WGM) and his characters in those two dramas You're Beautiful and Heartstring were on the serious side which way way far from his character, which will also explain why he can't act on a drama yet because as an actor, one should play the character well whether its far from your personality. I always use the word "yet" because as I said, I want to see Yong more and I want Yong to redeem himself.
It will be played by Lee Jang Woo. I've only seen him in some episodes of Glory Jane and I can't comment on his acting abilities because I was not looking at him at that time as I am rekindling my love for Chun Jung-Myung.

After the successful Stand Up concert with fellow labelmate FT Island, CNBLUE is coming back to Korea! I will be anticipating their 3rd mini album. Stand Up - CNBLUE & FT Island Concert Ends
I woke up on this side of the globe...middle east that is, thinking about how awesome it is to see both CNBLUE and FT Island on a concert. This left me happy and sad. Happy because I know that CNBLUE will be more loved. After seeing a concert myself last January, I loved them more, and for those who already witnessed/experienced one surely knows what I am talking about. For those who have not seen one, yes its a pity and its a must.

I really wonder what will happen, well I browse through episode 17 recap. I cried, maybe if I was alone in our flat, I'll cry more. I cry over unsaid things and cried over said things.
Loving this drama... my brain is so empty now to look for word that is not as lame as "loving". Its a drama with a nice plot, not your regular run of the mill drama.

Really a nice thought! One day I thought of bands on which I hope CNBLUE will do a collab. Dunno if its time for them to do that but that will be interesting!

Guess the Title of CNBLUE's Third Mini Album
I'm liking loving CNBLUE more! How? by simply involving the fan even in a simple "Guess the title of the third mini album". Of course after their Japan stint (and a bit of LA) it is expected of them have a "come back" with a new album... a mini album that is. The industry love to give us chucks of a bigger album or the album's album but that's another topic.
Upon getting into CNBLUE's official website, you will be greeted with a challenge! Applause applause! That is ingenious FNC. So whats your word or words? The letters are F-A-E-R-N-U.
I thought of a funny title.. funny in a sense that during the HK Bluestorm concert. Jungshin said something like "Are you fun?" or maybe its "Are you fine?" So I thought, maybe, its "Are U Fun" too! LOL! but I am short of 1 letter "U". I almost pee on my pants (wait I'm not wearing pants but a skirt) laughing out loud. Oh well hope I can get it write. I am thinking of maybe its something "blue" again because the first mini album is "Bluetory" then "Bluelove".

The Moon that Embraces the Sun Episode 19 & 20 (Finale) - No Show!
My hopes are still up yesterday, even after reading that there's a possibility of the drama not to be shown as scheduled. Now its all blur and I'm about to cry. I opened my blog to post a new one to say how excited I am that finally we will see the end of The Moon that Embraces the Sun! Although quite recently, a lot of people had been saying that its overrated and not worthy of being called a national drama though they couldn't deny the drama's rating. It made me realize though that it was not at all perfect, but the beginning of this drama was so good that will let you stick with it even if the recent episodes sucks a bit and predictable.
The good thing about this sad news is I'll be able to catch up with my 49 days affair and will be able to follow closely CNBLUE/FT Island stint in LA. Raj a former colleague and fellow not-so-official-Boice, said that they already arrived. She happens to have a good friend in LA that of being so lucky is working with MNET's counterpart in LA. Which goes on to say that she will have the concert full access. In which my friend Raj is currently dying of envy. Currently I am chatting with her and my screen is flooded with "WAAAAAAA"...."WAAAAAAA". Hope to get pics soon not the one from the press just from her friend and will post it here.

Dimple - Lee Seung Gi
This is blog worthy for me.. the dimple of Lee Seung Gi! I think below picture is the album cover of his Japanese album. Does he really needs to venture out to Japan? My first encounter with LSG is with My Girlfriend is a Gumiho which is by the way one of my favorite drama. I hate his hair and I don't know why he is still sporting that hairdo well at least till his new drama The King 2 Hearts. Yes the dimple! I am writing about his dimple. I am usually a sucker when it comes to a eyes... Asian eyes that is. But Lee Seung Gi defies the odds in me. Those killer dimple its so cute is there any word for cute in a super super superlative form? When there is one that is how I find LSG's dimple. So adorable... hmm I think adorable is appropriate for the super super superlative word for cute.
I'll be anticipating watching his drama (The King 2 Hearts) with Ha Ji Won.
Geek in the Pink - Yonghwa's Version
Mark the day today! Its my Geek in the Pink ala Yonghwa day! Sorry I have to say it as Yonghwa rather than CNBLUE although Junghyun is there in the guitar, but really Yong's version rocks! I've 3 versions in youtube, first the one on an MBC show, second the one on the streets of Japan, with their former bassist and third the video of the audio of the Geek in the Pink version of Yong!
I must say that I like the studio version more... my friend didn't even recognize its Yong, its so different.. so amazing! Not to mention Yong is cute while singing it!

As I copy Google Chrome Installer, I saw Geek in Pink. Now since its Shaui's folder, and with 2 other CNBLUE songs there, I copied it and listened to it. I am so sure it was Yonghwa's voice. I know i know after all those posts about CNBLUE why Geek in Pink cover of them seems a surprise for me. Honestly I have not watched the whole CNBLUE's Bluetory -- the 5-part special about the humble beginnings of the boys.
Anyway for those who have not heard it, click here to download. I love acoustic versions, its raw and some things are better when its raw! reminds me of sushi! I am real sucker when it comes to guys with good voice and could play the guitar (well doesn't right) reminds me of MTV Unplugged of CNBLUE and I really want to hear the acoustic version of 'Where You Are". They said CNBLUE sang 12 songs but only 5 surfaced online (hello piracy!).

I'm currently watching 49 days. My sister recommended it to me when she learned that I am back with Kdramas after years of hiatus. I am still hating myself for doing that. My sister said I'll cry a lot in 49 days. So I shove the DVD and decided to watch it when I want to cry... those times that you want to shed tears and blow your nose and somehow make you feel clean afterwards. Hehe that's me, I find crying a cleansing ritual. But really after watching 3 episodes of 49 Days, I asked myself "How can this be a tearjerker?" First the Scheduler! Forgot to say from the beginning that aside from my sister's recommendation, I learned that my new found love (Jung Il Woo) is in 49 Days! He is so cute and from the way I see it, he will fall in love with one of the soul that he has to reap. Scheduler.. your modern Grim Reaper! Now if only reapers are that cute I may wanna die several times! Second Ji Hyun is annoyingly cute! At first I find her annoying or am I just jealous how cute she is. Thirdly, Mr. Architect and restaurant owner Kang! and lastly, the Shining Inheritance cast! hahaha half of the Shining Inheritance cast is here!
I will post my whole thoughts on this drama probably after a month? I am trying to discipline myself over this Kdramas. 20 episodes and will only during day offs. I watch 3 yesterday, will probably watch 5 tonight, so that's 8, 12 to go. So maybe after 2 weeks. By the way the drama unfolds, how cute Jung Il Woo mi armore among other things, this is a drama worth watching, judging from merely 3 episodes.

The Moon That Embraces the Sun Episode 18 RAW!
Two more episodes to go... Right now I am viewing episode 17 RAW and just looking at their facial expressions (got to really really learn hanguel). Hope the subs would come soon. Honestly I was hoping for a more dramatic way of reunion between the Sun and the Moon. Instead we were greeted by an action scene.
Episode 18 is up but RAW, I guess everything (with subs) will be up on Saturday. After the night walk walk and kiss night, they retire to the sleeping chamber, but Hyung-sun is between them. Somehow (again just judging with their facial expressions) Wol.. still like to call her that... managed to convince Hyung-sun to go out! His majesty even screamed at Hyung-sun's face probably talking him out to leave but to no avail. Hwon is so cute throwing a tantrum because he just won't leave. haha
