Musings on Flower Boy Next Door Finale

I cried. I just watched the last two episodes of Flower Boy Next Door with subs and on HD. I did miss a lot from not watching on HD and with subs. I might have cried a river if I have not seen it raw and read comments on dramabeans. I said on my previous post that I like Shut up Flower Boy Band better for it made me cry, but now this show made me cry too! Flower boys why? tvN why?

It made me cry when they both realized that they are each other's world. It may sound cheesy to some, but that made me wanna tell that to someone and hopes that that person would feel the same way. Like Dok-mi's world, Enrique; Enrique's world, Dok-mi. I miss the feeling of being in love and being loved back. And at that moment of realization of love, nothing else matters -- money, food, career, health.. just the two of you. Its funny how being in love makes you feel that you are the only two person in the world and that is enough.

Deep breath...When Enrique was singing who would not be swept by it? And at the end told Dok-mi that he can sing it to her everyday. Sniff..sniff.. if only I could stop the world at that time for them...

I like how the drama showed that the two, well actually the neighborhood moved forward and even added a new neighbor, Ms. Right-now! PDnim.

This is a drama to beat in my heart this 2013! Show, you'll be missed!

Smooches for Flower Boy Next Door Finale!

Spoiler ahead!

Uhhhmmm, I think I was supposed to write an episode per episode sort of recap and sort of a reaction to the highly popular Flower Boy Next Door. That is a fact among us who lives in Kdramaland. Well it ended a while ago and it was uploaded right away... raw.. maybe if I stayed awake till 2 am, I'll probably be seeing it with subs.

For the duration of this drama, its been my habit to a) watch it raw, usually its available around 11am GST yay! The fairies are fast! b) read recap around 8am (next day) at dramabeans so amazed how they have the recaps and screengrab for our pleasure and then c) watch it at night with subs.

I really enjoy the drama even with that way of watching which might be ruined by reading recaps and comments, but it does not. I really love how it was a bit different, the way they start the next episode given the "cliffhangers" from the previous episode. I usually skip the beginning of each episode that I watch in every drama for it just a bunch of things that I saw on the last episode, but in this show its not.

Shall I highlight how cute Enrique is? Yoon Si Yoon which is kinda love at first sight for me when I saw him in Baker King. I can still remember that scene when he was kicking some thugs' asses. he! Now seeing him with a new hair color and a very bubbly and witty character, the love went deeper. I even watched Me Too Flower which is a total waste of his talent for its just a blah drama (though I must confess that I enjoyed every scene that YSY is there). But boy! YSY kissing scene there was (fans self) hot!

So all characters were given each and everyone's resolution and ends in a comics page or a webtoon page. The drama seems to had heard me for I was screaming KISSING SCENE! I don't like Que Geum singing I have the OST for that and cuteness overload is not appropriate at the finale anymore. As I lose hope in seeing one, my screen was graced with a few minutes (was it a full minute, it feels like forever to me) of circling camera kissing scene!

I have some complaints here and there at this drama. Shut up Flower Boy Band is still number one on this "Flower Boy" franchise because it made me cry. This show us next for it let me wanna be called an "ajumma".

Now I am planning to go on hiatus with these kdramas. I am watching 7th Grade/Level Civil Servant and That Winter the Wind Blows.

I am off to Korea in what 44 days? and I can't wait.

Abra and Gayuma

Its a shame to admit that I look into KPOP, well "look" is not appropriate because you can see a designated menu for 1) CNBLUE  and  2)KPOP and I will have a SHINee menu one day. Where am I? Okay, as what I said, its a shame that I dig more on KPOP than the local scene (Filipino). Well part of it is I guess I don't live there right now and we did not subscribe to TFC or GMA TV plus well I find KPOP more entertaining and I should say interesting. You just can't imagine how crazy KPOPverse is.

I had a time to chat with my sister thru Facebook and she told me about Abra and the Gayuma MV. By the way Gayuma is actually a love potion. Though musically it might be mediocre, but the music video is so funny! BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Check below!

I cringed when the video tries to make fun of a gay person, but it redeemed itself at the end and stayed with the theme of Gayuma which is of course the whole essence of the video. I thought of discussing some more of the music videos that I watched earlier, in which I didn't even finish for what the message it brings. Sigh... I  like B.A.P. and how they sound and dance, but the One Shot music video gives me creeps. Oh and its was shot in Manila. Will not post it here, I'd rather not promote it. I just would like to see more funny music video  .
